United Way of Metro Chicago’s Board Leadership Institute offers a unique chance to build your leadership skills while addressing critical issues in our region. In partnership with the Kellogg School Center for Nonprofit Management at Northwestern University, this six-session, cohort-based program equips professionals with the tools to serve as impactful nonprofit board members.

PROGRAM DETAILS
The Board Leadership Institute cohort meets for six sessions on select Fridays this spring. The first session on February 21 and the last session on May 9 will be held in person, with subsequent sessions held virtually. No prior board of directors experience is necessary to apply.
